Shipping policy

Preorder Shipping Time:

Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are opened in batches. A minimum of 5 orders per batch is required before we begin production. If the threshold is not met by the batch closing date, all customers will be notified and given the option to receive a full refund or remain on the list for the next batch.

Once the minimum is met, the process of reviewing, manufacturing, and shipping can take up to 5–7 weeks. This allows time to ensure every product meets our quality standards.

In-Stock Items:
If the product is in stock and ready to ship, we offer 2-day USPS Priority Shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Please be patient with us in the beginning of this new small business venture! We are just as excited to get this into your hands as much as you are! We will keep you updated via email with progress updates and tracking details once your order ships (you do have to be subscribe to our email list to receive those updates).
  • Once Product is on hand, our shipping carrier is through USPS. 
    • USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days 

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: all shipping cost are calculated by distance, mailing zone, weight of packaging and shipping method.

3. Tracking Information

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships from our facility. Please allow time for the tracking link to update with current shipping activity.

4. Delays and Communication

  • We aim to deliver your preorder as quickly as possible, but unforeseen delays (such as customs processing or manufacturing delays) may occur. If this happens, we will notify you promptly via email.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Since this is a preorder, cancellations are only available within [24 hours] of placing the order. After this time, all sales are final.
